Tickets/ Box Office:
The Cheese and Grain operates a staffed box office from Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, on Saturdays from 9.30 am to 5 pm, and also from the doors opening on the night of an event.
Tickets can be purchased in person, or by phone on 01373 455420. Enquiries can also be made by email directly to the box office – cheeseandgraintickets@hotmail.com
Tickets can also be bought from the Raves from the Grave record shop in Cheap Street, Frome (9 am to 5 pm), and on line from Ticketweb – www.ticketweb.co.uk
Tickets are printed in-house, at the point of sale. Promoters may wish to sell tickets from other outlets; a nominal charge is made for each ticket printed – terms & conditions apply.
It is the policy of The Cheese and Grain to charge a commission of £1.00 per ticket sold from any of our official outlets, including on line sales. This enables us to maintain a low basic hire price, and ensures that our income is tied to the success of an event as well as the promoter’s.
PRS
All events where live or recorded music is played are subject to royalty charges made by the Performing Rights Society. It is the responsibility of the venue to collect these charges. As the Cheese & Grain is not VAT registered we charge 3.53% of the NET proceeds from an event, to ensure we recover the full cost.
