Booking Information
Book your tickets by phone, post or online. We accept Access /Visa/Switch/Delta. A transaction charge of £1.20 is added to all card purchases as a contribution to costs. Your tickets can be posted for a 60p handling fee or held at the Box Office for collection at the beginning of event. Cheques should be made payable to Frome Cheese & Grain Ltd.
In the evening the Box Office is open during every event; tickets for future events can be purchased once the gig has commenced.

If you are booking by post, please send your cheque to the following address along with a covering letter. A postage charge of 60p will be added to all bookings sent.

To pick up a Ticketweb order from the Box Office the card holder must present the card used, and the confirmation email as proof of purchase will be requested.
Please Note: Customers who choose to pick up their tickets from the box office can only collect on the night of the event once doors are open.
Age Restrictions
The Cheese & Grain aims to open up the hall and the majority of its events to as inclusive a proportion of the gig-going public as possible.
Some events are suitable for teenagers and will be labelled, e.g. 14+ or 16+. At these events anyone wishing to purchase alcohol will need to produce ID and will be provided with a wristband.
Some events are strictly 18+ and are clearly labeled on the website and in the Whats On. 18+ events are 100% 18+!
At all other events we welcome minors of a suitable age (we recommend 10+), as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
We do not admit toddlers or babes in arms to the venue when amplified music is being played.

NB. We are very sceptical of standard student cards owing to forgeries.
